Procedures
Kindly fill up and submit a registration form to the Kasturi School of Accountancy.
Please include the following:

1 recent IC photograph*

Photocopy of IC*
·
Certified true copies of academic
qualifications*
·
RM50 Registration Fee (Non-refundable)*
* Please note that your application will not be processed if
these documents are not submitted.
To avoid delays, please ensure that all information is
complete. You may obtain a Registration Form from the Information Centre at
the Kasturi School of Accountancy or download them here.
Payment Instructions
Payments can be made at our Counter or fax the Registration
Form and bank in slip to +603-20323323 (KL Campus) / +603-56222318 (PJ
Campus).
