History
KSA City Campus (KSA) was established in January 2003 with one vision –
TO PROVIDE QUALITY EDUCATION TO ALL MALAYSIANS AT AFFORDABLE FEES
The college was formed by two prominent lecturers in the accountancy field – Messrs Alan Yeo and Andrew Pang. Within a short period of 2 years, under their professional guidance and leadership, KSA has grown to become one of the largest accountancy schools providing ACCA and CAT tuition support in Kuala Lumpur.

Alan Yeo
ACCA Lecturer
Mr. Alan Yeo Miow Cheng is a senior partner of an established chartered accountants firm. He started his own public practice in 1988. His
qualifications include CA(M), FCCA(UK), CPA (M), FCPA (AUST), CFP, FCTIM, and Dip. in Commerce (TARC).
With a vision to be part of the big league, Alan together with his fellow accountants from Australia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, and
Singapore form an independent network of accountants for the Asia Pacific region of an international alliances of accountants with
offices worldwide in 1998.
He has more than 30 years of auditing and taxation experiences specialising in corporate restructuring, tax advisory and tax investigation.
He is a regular speaker for accountancy and finance programs conducted by colleges, organisations and professional accountancy associations.
Alan’s research interest lies in the area of taxation and financial planning.
He has authored and published several taxation books and financial planning study materials for accountancy and financial planning students including
Business Taxation, Malaysian Taxation, Advanced Malaysian Taxation and Examination Kit, widely used by practitioners, lecturers and students.
He is also an academic advisor to several colleges, associations and institutions conducting accountancy and financial planning services program.
Andrew Pang
ACCA Lecturer
Andrew is an ACCA affiliate. He has been actively involved in lecturing and tutoring ever since 1991. Throughout the years, he has lectured
for various professional courses (LCCI, ABE, ACCA, AIA, ICSA, CIMA) and university programmes from UK and Australia.
Apart from that, he has also been running seminars for MAICSA and prepared model answers for University of London’s exams. Andrew was previously
working in an audit firm (audit, tax & consultancy department) before lecturing for ICPAS (Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Singapore).
His unique and self-developed approach in management accounting and financial management has helped students to learn the easy and creative way.

Faris
ACCA Lecturer
Faris is a fully qualified ACCA member. He did brilliantly for his CAT papers before pursuing ACCA at Kaplan Financial in London. He also holds a Degree in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University. He previously worked as a Senior Auditor at one of the Big4 audit firms serving clients across various industries such as Oil and Gas, Manufacturing and Automotive. With his audit background, he currently teaches AAA.
Faridah
ACCA Lecturer
Associate Prof. Faridah Ahmad is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants(FCCA, UK), a fellow member of the Malaysian Institute of Taxation(FTII) and a Chartered Acccountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants(CA). She also holds a Diploma in Accountancy(DIA) from Universiti Teknologi MARA(UiTM).
She is currently a freelance lecturer, teaching ACCA students specialising in Malaysian Taxation. She has been teaching the diploma, undergraduate and various professional courses of ACCA, MICPA and ICSA at UiTM, UM, ASIA BRICKFIELD College etc.
Faridah has more than 35 years experience in teaching taxation paper. Besides teaching, Faridah is also involved in giving consultancy work in areas of taxation, cash flow management and financial management to the small and medium enterprises(SME) entreprenuers.
She is currently a member of ACCA Malaysia SME committee. She has been conducting seminars and workshops on Tax Planning and Financial Management organised by ACCA Malaysia, Johore Corporation, SME Corp., SME Bank, JELITA, FELDA, Institut Keusahawanan Negara(INSKEN), Ministry of Education, Ministry of International Trade and Industries(MITI), and Malaysian Academy of SME & Entrepreneurship Development(MASMED).
Faridah has also been conducting revision courses for ACCA, CAT and MICSA Taxation papers. Faridah is the author of some publications including Asas Perakaunan Perniagaan, Asas Perakaunan Kewangan, Prinsip Perakaunan, Cukai Pendapatan & Anda, Rancangan Kewangan Perniagaan Kecil & Sederhana, Cukai Pendapatan & Perniagaan, Rancang Pendapatan dengan Bijak, Fundamentals of Malaysian Taxation, and Malaysian Tax Workbook.
Lau Kang Siang
ACCA Lecturer
Mr. KS Lau pursued the degree of Bachelor of Law (Hons.) under a coveted
Scholarship from Yayasan Telekom Malaysia and has been admitted and
enrolled as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya. Mr. Lau
is currently a member of the Malaysian Bar.
Mr. Lau has past experience as in-house legal counsel with a multinational
company in Kuala Lumpur focusing on corporate and commercial area
before entering legal practice and currently continues to focus on civil,
commercial and corporate law-related practice. Besides legal practice, Mr.
Lau also offers law lecture/talk in both Malaysia and China in both English
and Mandarin.
Jennifer Lee
ACCA & CAT Lecturer
Jennifer Lee Yoke Chun has been involved in lecturing for more than ten (10) years with programmes that are assessed either
internally or via distance learning. She has taught in programmes which include Cambridge ‘A-Levels’, local university
(i.e. University Malaya/(UMCCED)) and foreign universities (which include University of Wales, UK and University of Ballarat, Australia).
She is a member of the ABE and possesses a UK B.A (Hons) Business Administration from the University of Abertay Dundee, UK.
Apart from lecturing, she was also involved in the administration and operation in some private tertiary institutions.
Therefore, students will be benefiting from this and are able to learn from practical situations and not only past examples
that are found in reference books.
Jessy Chong
ACCA Lecturer
Jessy is a member of ACCA. She lectures for the CAT and ACCA subjects related to accounting, costing and finance.
She is a highly responsible and dedicated lecturer with a pleasant personality. In class, she is able to simplify the
topics and make things clear for students.
Ms. Jessy is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that all her students understand her lessons.
She is known among her students for her tests and mock exams, a great training ground before students enter for
the real exams. Besides Malaysia, she also teaches in China and has gained respect from many of her students for her dedication and commitment.
Victoria
ACCA Lecturer
Ms. Victoria Lim completed her degree of Bachelor of Law (Hons.) at Multimedia University (MMU) and was admitted and enrolled as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya since 2010 to 2016. Ms. Lim is currently pursuing her Master of Laws (LLM).
Ms.Lim was formerly an Advocate and Solicitor specialising in Intellectual Property as well as civil, commercial and corporate related matters. Since 2016, Ms. Lim has been offering business law lecture/ talk in various part of China.
Joo Nee
Lecturer
Joo Nee is a member of ACCA and holds BSc in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University. She had been lecturing for accounting and costing subjects for the past 5 years. Her passion for lecturing was developed at a very young age when she started to provide private tuition to primary and secondary school students.
Joo Nee always developed ways to ensure that students are able to understand the subjects matter better by explaining them in layman terms. Rest assured that her explanation which is collaborated with some jokes in class will make sure that the students understand and remember the topics better.
Besides that, she is also an outgoing lecturer whereby she always keep in touch with the students to assist them with their queries on the subjects matter personally and her methods had proven effective when most of her students pass the exams with flying colours.
Joshua Lai
ACCA Lecturer
Joshua obtained a BSc. (Hons) in Applied Accounting with First Class Honours at the age of 21. Though young, he has gained experience in the education industry by giving private tuition in accounting, and teaching temporarily in a secondary school. In 2015, he garnered a Cambridge Outstanding Learner Awards of Top in The World for AS Law. As a self-study (distance learning) student for the ACCA Programme, he knows what students need to pass the exams.
Marcus Ong
ACCA & OBU Lecturer
Mr. Marcus Ong specialises in Audit fields (AA Audit and Assurance, AAA Advanced Audit and Assurance),
SBL Strategic Business Leader.
He KSA City Campusd his ACCA course and complemented it with a Postgraduate in MSc. majoring in International Business
Management in Nottingham (U.K.) University.
He gained experience in Audit and Consultancy at a BIG 4 Accounting firm before joining the education industry, and has
trained ACCA lecturers in Shanghai (China) in collaboration with ACCA. He has been mainly involved in ACCA and ICAEW for over 12 years.
Mr. Ong has consistently produced many top prize winners at the Malaysian and World level. In June 2009, a student under his
guidance sat for his F8 (Audit and Assurance) paper and scored the highest marks in Malaysia, winning the Malaysian Prize.
He advises all ACCA candidates, quoting Winston Churchill:
"Never, never, never give up! I say once again 'Never'."
Pn. Rohaya
ACCA Lecturer
Puan Rohaya is a member of CIMA and a Chartered Accountant of MIA. She also holds a Master of Accountancy from UITM and possesses a BA(hons) in Accounting and Financial Management from University of Sheffied, UK.
She has been acively involved in lecturing and tutoring since 1995. Throughout the years, she has lectured in diploma, univeristy and professional programs such as LCCI, ICSA, CAT and ACCA. FOr more tan 10 years, She specializes in teaching ACCA taxation papers including ATX-MYS.
Quek Hui Sin
ACCA & CAT Lecturer
Quek Hui Sin is an affiliate of ACCA with excellence academic performance throughout the studies with achievement of over 80% average marks on CAT papers and over 70% average marks on ACCA papers all on first attempt.
With the effective studies method in system, she is proudly recognized as one of the cash prize winner of KSA top scorer. Her ambition is to help more students to conquer the obstacles by sharing of her effective study system and knowledge as being a part time ACCA student before she understands the difficulties well.
In addition, she has 6 years of working experience in both accounting and non-accounting roles in different industries. Therefore students are expected to benefits from ease of understanding with the application of past practical experience to the book knowledge.
Spencer Cheah
ACCA Lecturer
Spencer Cheah KSA City Campusd his ACCA in 2 years & holds an MBA from a local university. His excellent academic results have
ensured that his studies from Diploma to ACCA have been fully funded by scholarship. He has extensive lecturing experience
of more than 13 years in several courses such as ACCA, CAT, LCCI, Diploma and also degree and master degree programme.
He has conducted ACCA classes in Penang, Kuala Lumpur, Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh and Uganda. Besides conducting ACCA classes,
he was also invited by professional bodies to conduct classes and seminars for them. He was invited by MAICSA to conduct
a revision class for Corporate Finance and CIMA for an intensive revision class for Financial Accounting.
Recently he was appointed by ACCA Malaysia to conduct a “Training of Trainers” workshop in Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM)
and also another seminar on “Exam Techniques” for the students of UUM. With his vast teaching experience and also his
excellence academic results he will be the right choice to guide you to your ACCA success!
Ray Ng
OBU Lecturer
Ray is a seasoned Financial Controller with more than 10 years’ experience in the corporate world across Asia and is
currently a FC with a renowned MNC. Further, Ray has lectured on Audit and Financial Reporting papers on and off for the
past 15 years based on popular demand and request across many countries in South East Asia and China.
Being a prize winner for Audit paper himself, he certainly understands the challenges and pressures of being successful
in ACCA. Lecturing ACCA papers is not his full time job but it is his passion with the aim of helping students to pass the examination.
That's the reason why he is mobilizing himself into places that require his knowledge, skill and experience to help improve their passing rate.
To share his knowledge and experience, Ray has chosen to be a mentor for the Oxford Brookes University Program.
Through his mentoring, he is able to give you a firsthand insight of the corporate world and at the same time enjoy the process of research.

Francis Ong
ACCA & CAT Lecturer
Francis is an associate member of Chartered Institute Of Management Accountant (CIMA) in UK. He has over 25 years of working experience in both commerce and industry.
He has worked as a finance manager with local and international multinationals companies based in Kuala Lumpur. In addition, he has been involved in a consultancy role in setting up accounting system for a hypermarket.
He was exposed to Company law requirement, withholding tax, internal control system, management audit, understanding the business environment of client companies as well as identifying risks and detail preparation of setting up financial accounting systems.
In the commerce and industry sector, he worked in the manufacturing industry for a multinational company which had several companies listed in the main board of the Malaysian Stock Exchange. In addition to financial accounting, he was exposed to various types of payroll system and human resource management.
In the last 20 years he has conducted corporate training and lectures on management accounting subjects as well as management papers. He has the opportunity to teach ACCA, CAT and CIMA programmes in countries around the region such as Malaysia, Singapore, China, Vietnam and Cambodia.
Francis has also conducted training for youths in summer camp with topics ranging from Leadership, Emotional Intelligence and Public Speaking.
Apart from his teaching experience, Francis has gained considerable knowledge in the education industry through being involved in marketing, business planning, educational road shows and student counselling.
